Church Innovations’ Partners Post

Welcome to the Bremer Project (Growing Healthier Congregations & Self-Study) Blog!

Since you signed onto this project, three groups or teams have been taking a look at the life of your church through new lenses. And they’ve been enlisting the help of others to learn more and more about the congregation and how it sits in its community and what its internal habits and anxieties and hopes are.

Who are those others?

What have they been telling you?

Are they getting curious about what you’re doing with the information they’ve been giving you, the stories they’ve been telling?

What’s going to be the payoff for them?  How do you explain the work you’ve done so far and what good it will do for the church? For the members? For the neighbors?

Are there particular ways you’ve shared the project with others? Bulletin inserts? Temple talks? Mission minutes? Skits? Posters? Stand-up comedy?  A scene in the Christmas pageant?

I want to know.

That’s it for now.

Peace. Pat
